How do I return an item?

We are so sorry to hear that your purchase didn't work out! If you would like, please call us at 888.45.CLAVA and our knowledgeable staff can help you find another item that will fit your needs.
Eligible item(s) can be returned within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value for purchases made solely through Clava.com. A Clava.com order number is or proof of purchase is required for every return. Please note that Clava is unable to issue credits for orders placed with etailers other than Clava.com (ebay.com, amazon.com, etc.) and retail stores. Please contact the company that your original order was placed with to find out the return instructions/policies for that company.
**Monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for returns. The exception is if we made an error (sorry!!) in the personalization. We would be happy to remedy this. Please call us at 888.45.CLAVA or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of the issue. We ask that images be sent so that we can verify the error and begin the replacement process.
Please use the original packaging to return the goods. If original packaging is not an option, do not fold, bend, roll, etc. the item/s to accommodate a smaller box. If damage occurs to the product during return transit, the item will be returned to the customer and a credit will not be issued.
How to return your purchase:Please email email@example.com with your return request. A return authorization will be emailed to you within 24 hours (by end of day Monday if claim is submitted over the weekend). You can also call 201.503.0225 ext. 17 to obtain an RMA#.

Personalized goods are NOT RETURNABLE and will be returned to the customer. Clava will not accept returns of monogrammed/personalized goods for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect.(Please refer to the Repair/Warranty Policies) Used goods are NOT RETURNABLE and will be returned to the customer. Clava will not accept used goods for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect and this must be done within 30 days from order date. (Please refer to the Repair/Warranty Policies)
Upon inspection after receiving the return to Clava's warehouse, credit will be given for the full amount of the item(s).
