We are sorry that you are having an issue with your Clava product. Clava warrantees all of our products with a 12 month limited warranty on parts and workmanship. Normal wear and tear and damage caused through misuse/abuse and airline handling DO NOT qualify for coverage under our warranty.
In the rare case a product should have a defect within the first 30 days of purchase, the product will be replaced with no additional costs to the customer. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the claim and proof of purchase (order number, company ordered from and order date). If possible, please include photos of the issue/damage.
If a claim should arise after 30 days, from the 2nd and 12th month of the purchase, Clava will repair the product or send available replacement parts. Please email email@example.com with the claim and proof of purchase (order number, company ordered from and order date). If possible, please include photos of the issue/damage - photos are very important in determining the next step for your claim. If applicable, a return authorization and shipping instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours (by the end of the following business day if claim is submitted over the weekend or a holiday).
Please note: The irregularities and variations of color, shading and texture, and the imperfections (wrinkles, veins, scratches) are natural characteristics of leather and are authentic features of the grain. These irregularities add to its natural and unique beauty and in no way are to be considered defects or damages. No two items will be exactly the same – this is your best guarantee of its authenticity.
